Martina is one of the first Balkan Masters in the industry, with over 15 years of experience as a beauty expert. As a judge and conference speaker, she visited more than 30 world countries and trained over 5000 students. 

Martina is the editor of 2 books for lash artists, translated into different languages. And throughout her career she received numerous awards for her contribution in the beauty industry – Lash influencer of the year, Lash educator of the year, Balkan business awards and beauty education award. Her passion for new things and hard work didn’t stop even in lately hard times – she developed a new product lines – PMU and brow products. With this said, Kallos is one of the most successfull beauty academies in the area and is continuing to grow.
